LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Contango revealed on Friday that non-executive director Philip Richards had acquired 1.25m ordinary shares in the London-listed firm.
Richards, who previously co-founded RAB Capital, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 4.45p each, for a total value of £55,575.

On Thursday, Contango shares resumed trading in London after completing its reverse takeover of a 70% interest in a coal project in Zimbabwe.

As of 1630 BST, Contango shares were up 5.88% at 4.50p.
