LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Consultancy Elixirr International declared an interim dividend of 6.3p per share for the year ending 31 December on Friday.
The AIM-traded firm said the distribution aligned with its policy of issuing two annual dividends, with the interim payout following the financial year, and a final dividend distributed in August.

It said the interim dividend, totalling about £3m, would be funded from its operating cash flow.

Shareholders on the register as of 24 January would be eligible for the payment, with an ex-dividend date of 23 January.

The dividend was scheduled to be distributed on 17 February.
