The foundations were laid years ago when Nick Tulloch and Eric Boyle worked together at Highlands Natural Resources plc alongside Paul Mendell — then Chairman of Highlands and the architect behind several of its core projects. The three developed a working relationship built on technical discipline, commercial clarity, and a shared instinct for identifying value in the natural resources sector.
