(Sharecast News) - London's FTSE 100 was up 0.4% at 10,696.83 in afternoon trade on Wednesday.
Rate-sensitive housebuilder Barratt Redrow was among the top gainers as gilt yields fell, with property stocks British Land, LondonMetric and Land Securities also up.
