ITM Power postpones full-year results, reiterates guidance

(Sharecast News) - ITM Power postponed the release of its full-year audited results at the request of its auditor.
The green hydrogen outfit said that the auditor, Grant Thornton, had asked for extra time to complete the standard auditing procedures.
Nevertheless, the year-end audit was "well advanced", ITM said.
Furthermore, the company's board confirmed the guidance that it offered on 1 June.
The results for the year ending on 30 April were now scheduled to be published on 17 August instead of 27 July.
As of 0837 BST, shares of ITM Power were down by 7.0% to 91.68p.
