Director dealings: Insig AI CEO snaps up shares

(Sharecast News) - InsigAI revealed on Tuesday that chief executive Richard Bernstein had acquired 134,120 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed data science and machine learning solutions company.
Bernstein, who took over as CEO in May 2024, purchased the shares at an average price of 18.07p each, for a total value of £24,242.33.
Following this transaction, Bernstein's now holds a beneficial interest in 26.94m ordinary InsigAI shares, representing approximately 21.56% of the company's total voting rights.
As of 1535 GMT, InsigAI shares were down 2.5% at 19.50p.
