PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES INTO TREASURY

JPMorgan Global Growth & Income Plc (the "Company") announces that it has today repurchased 500,000 of its own ordinary shares into Treasury at a price of 564.15 pence per share.

Following the transaction, the Company holds a total of 32,870,581 of its ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore, the Company's total issued share capital, excluding the total number of shares held in Treasury is 549,018,440. This figure (549,018,440) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation of which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value at the time of issue.
