Electrica informs its shareholders and investors that the Board of Directors (BoD) proposal regarding the distribution of the profit for 2025 provides for the distribution in the form of dividends of RON 99,998,360, respectively a gross dividend per share of RON 0.2945, a proposal that is subject to the approval of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (OGMS) of 29 April 2026. The gross dividend per share for the year 2025 is up by 66.67% compared to the previous year (2024: RON 0.1767).

The proposed registration date for identifying the shareholders who will benefit by dividends is 3 June 2026, the related ex-date is 2 June 2026, and the proposed date of payment is 25 June 2026.
