The Company announces that it agreed on 13 April 2026 to allot 150,000 ordinary shares at a price of 254.0p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility.  


 


These shares will be issued for cash on 15 April 2026, bringing the issued share capital and total voting rights at that date to 203,334,679.
