Trade with the EU softened, with exports to the bloc down 1.6% on the month at €78bn and imports falling 6.1% to €59.6bn, while shipments to non‑EU markets edged 0.2% higher to €60.2bn, and imports from those countries declined 5.3% to €57.4bn.
