Newark-based, Public Service Enterprise Group, is a public utility holding company. Its main subsidiaries are: PSEG Power LLC, a major unregulated independent power producer in the US; Public Service Electric and Gas Company, a regulated utility delivering gas and electric to approximately 75% of New Jersey's population; and PSEG Energy Holdings, which has two main unregulated energy-related businesses and assets in excess of $7bn. Overall, the group has total assets of approximately $28bn and employs more than 10,500 people.
